In 2010, GAREL was acquired by ELSA GROUPE, a turning point that allowed the brand to revitalize its heritage while exploring new creative horizons. This acquisition also enabled GAREL to benefit from the expertise of ELSA GROUPE, with its avant-garde jewelry techniques, thus enriching its creations.

In its Lyon workshop, the brand designed the iconic ENVOL in 2001. This model, which is protected by a patent, features two delicate ellipses that converge above a stone, with a tension setting that gives the diamond the illusion of levitating. Although this solitaire is often imitated, its design remains unique and reflects the creativity and innovation that characterize GAREL.
